Hickory Golf Classics does not ship outside of the United States.

Because every Hickory Golf Classics personalized golf club is a special order, there may be unexpected delays in manufacturing and shipping your order. You can normally expect your order to arrive in 2–4 weeks. If there appears to be an unreasonable delay in getting your order to you, one of our representatives will contact you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to view the shipping status.

Return Policy

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION POLICY (RMA)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be included when returning orders due to incorrect and/or incomplete fulfillment. To obtain an RMA number, please call (800) 975–9849.
